YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Wednesday received Turkmenistan FM Raşit Meredow, who has arrived in capital city Yerevan.

They stressed that Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow’s visit to Armenia is an important milestone in relations between the two countries and a good opportunity to sum up the achievements and to outline the new prospects for developing cooperation.   

Also, the interlocutors reflected on the interaction between Armenia and Turkmenistan.

On the evening of the same day, the two FMs attended a concert devoted to Armenian-Turkmen friendship.
