YEREVAN. – Parliamentary opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) MP Nikol Pashinyan leaves no comments on the statement by ANC member and former Armenian PM Hrant Bagratyan about plans to participate in the upcoming presidential elections, Pashinyan’s assistant told Armenian News-NEWS.am in response to the written query by the agency.
To note, Bagratyan has recently told about his nomination for the Armenia’s president, in addition, he posted on his Facebook page statement concerning his nomination and claimed it will not be by the ANC. However, he will withdraw his candidacy if the ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan is nominated.
At the same time Ter-Petrosyan told on Dec. 22 he will let it know in a couple of days.
