NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen and U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates arrived in Istanbul to participate in the informal meeting of NATO defense ministers, February 4-5.
As NEWS.am reported previously, RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan will also attend the meeting.
