February 5, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Munich.

The sides discussed recent developments in Karabakh peace process, regional and other issues, highly assessing level of Azerbaijani-Turkish political ties, Azertaj reports.

The day before, Aliyev met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. In the course of meeting the officials discussed possibilities of economic cooperation and energy projects. Today, Aliyev intends to meet with the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg in Munich.
