KYIV. – Ukrainian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ruslan Demchenko, and Armenia’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Andranik Manukyan, met Monday at the Ukrainian MFA.
The interlocutors summed up the results of the Armenian-Ukrainian political discourse in 2012 and agreed upon the algorithm that is anchored in the bilateral measures envisioned for the current year, Analitika.at.ua reports.
A special attention was paid to the international observers’ monitoring mission during Armenia’s presidential election to be held on February 18. Manukyan briefed Demchenko on the current course of the election campaign and confirmed the invitation extended for the Ukrainian representatives to take an active part in the election observation mission.
