YEREVAN.- The Days of Kuwaiti culture will be held in Yerevan this February, Kuwaiti Ambassador announced.

Kuwait’s Ambassador to Armenia Bassam Alqabandi met on Thursday with Armenia’s Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan. Ambassador said an exhibition of paintings as well as concert of national music will be held. Kuwaiti dance ensemble will perform in Armenia as well.  

The delegation will be headed by Ali Al Yo’ha, Secretary General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, and will include prominent Kuwaiti people of the arts and letters.

Back in 2009 Armenia and Kuwait signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of culture.
