YEREVAN. – Armenian Attorney General’s Office has received ten statements on violating the process of preparing for the presidential elections.

A working group is established on monitoring and registering the statements about the violations of the election right, Office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Under the order of the Attorney General Aghvan Hovsepyan, the prosecutors should inform about all the materials and criminal cases on the theme to the Attorney General’s Office. 

Out of the ten statements received by the Office, 2 are from media outlets, 3 were clarified, criminal case was instigated on one, while the same procedure was rejected for another case and 5 cases are underway.
