U.S. has not made a decision on appointment of the U.S. co-chair to the Minsk Group, State Department representative said.
“The Secretary, as you can imagine, is looking at a full slate of personnel decisions that he has to make, and he has to make them in consultation with the White House. So when we have something to announce, we will. But I don’t have anything for you today,” Victoria Nuland said during the Thursday briefing.
Ian Kelly has been temporarily appointed to serve as a Minsk Group Co-Chair.
