YEREVAN. – Unknown people have attacked the headquarters of Armenian opposition presidential candidate Hrant Bagratyan at the night of Feb. 9 and tore posters of the candidate.

Bagratyan’s headquarter released a statement on Friday in connection with the decision made by a police investigator Voskanyan, which announced the decision of law enforcement bodies to reject the possibility to instigate a criminal case.

Bagratyan’s central headquarters considers the decision made by the investigator Voskanyan disgraceful and hence, due to such work of police, Bagratyan argues the possibility of holding fair and free elections in Armenia.
