YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 410.69/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday. As a result, the dollar’s stock exchange rate in the country passed beyond the AMD 410/$1 “yardstick” for the first time in 2013.

Friday’s sales totaled $2.55 million at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the buying exchange rate of the US dollar rose all the way to AMD 410/$1, at some exchange offices, and its minimum selling rate is at AMD 411/$1
