YEREVAN. - Serzh Sargsyan occupies 26 Baghramyan building (residence of the Armenian president –ed.) only for one reason – because all people have not yet come out to the square, the former Armenian presidential candidate, political scientist Andreas Ghukasyan said during the rally on Liberty Square on Saturday.
