STEPANAKERT. – Volodya Avagyan (born in 1993) sustained a fatal gunshot wound on Wednesday at around 7:05pm.
At the time of the incident, Avagyan was at a military position of the protection section of a Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army military unit that is located in the northeasterly direction of the border.
An investigation is launched to find out the details of this incident, NKR Ministry of Defense press service informs.
