Russia appointed Ival Volynkin to the post of Ambassador to Armenia. The decree was signed by Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.
Earlier Volynkin occupied the post of deputy head of General Secretariat of Russia’s foreign office, RIA Novosti reported.
He will replace Vyacheslav Kovalenko.
