YEREVAN. – Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan will return to capital city Yerevan, and with a Fly Dubai airline flight, on Sunday, Zhamanak daily reports.

“According to our information, Gagik Tsarukyan will not leave the country in the foreseeable future. As of April 7, he will take part in PAP’s campaign for the Yerevan Council election [which is slated for May 5].   

To note, PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan, RPA NA [that is, ruling Republican Party’s National Assembly] Faction MP [and businessman] Samvel Aleksanyan, and Russia-based oligarch Samvel Karapetyan were in Dubai, since March 19, for relaxation. At the same time, [and] by an amazing coincidence, these three oligarchs headed to Dubai with the same makeup, and again ahead of elections.   

Incidentally, according to our information, Tsarukyan had headed to Dubai to celebrate the birthday of his eldest son,” Zhamanak writes.
