Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received on Monday the UK Lord of Saltaire – Lord in Waiting William Wallace, the press service of Armenian MFA informed Armenian News - NEWS.am.

According to the press-service, during the meeting Minister Nalbandian stressed the importance of bilateral high-level visits, as well as efforts to strengthen economic and trade ties.

Expressing gratitude for the reception, Lord Wallace noted the UK progressive interest in mutual cooperation with Armenia.

The parties discussed a number of international and regional issues. The Minister presented the current state of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution process. In this regard, Lord Wallace emphasized that the United Kingdom does not see any other solution to the conflict other than peace and noted that London supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group.
