YEREVAN.- Foreign Minister of Czech Republic Karel Schwarzenberg commented on the resolution regarding Khojalu events adopted by one of Czech parliament’s commissions.

During the Thursday press conference in Yerevan, he recalled that the resolution was not adopted by the whole parliament, but a foreign relation commission.

“Afterwards they [the Commission] understood that they made a blunder,” he added.

Schwarzenberg said his country pays attention to each violation of human right “even if it is committed by friends.”

“I know in war situations always things happen,” he emphasized.

At the same time, Czech FM said it is impossible to compare these events with what happened to Armenians hundred years ago.

“It is a different category,” he added.
