YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily learned that Prosperous Armenia Party Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan has returned to the country on Thursday afternoon, the daily reports. 

“During our conversation, Tsarukyan’s spokeswoman, Iveta Tonoyan, likewise confirmed the news.

To note, he had headed to Moscow on the evening of April 7, thus evading attending the swearing-in ceremony of [President] Serzh Sargsyan [on Tuesday]. 

To this day, he [that is, Tsarukyan] has not congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on his reelection,” Zhoghovurd writes.
