YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Monday received delegation of France’s Bouches-du-Rhône department headed by deputy president of the General Council Christophe Masse.
Minister Nalbandian gave appraisal of Armenia-France cooperation on the level of parliaments and government, as well as local authorities, stressing that contacts between the local authorities contribute to the development of bilateral ties.
Christophe Masse said the goal of their trip is to expand cooperation with Armenia’s Syunik Region, in the context of the opening of new medical center in the city of Goris, foreign ministry’s press service reported.
Minister Nalbandian is hopeful the delegation will hold successful meetings enabling to implement new projects in the near future.
