YEREVAN. – Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party Chairman, ex-presidential candidate, former FM Raffi Hovannisian will deliver a public address on Thursday at capital city Yerevan’s Liberty Square, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.   

“[But] only a few within the party clearly know what specific address this is about, since Raffi Hovannisian is unpredictable even for his own [party members].  

Nonetheless, we found out from Heritage’s NA [i.e., National Assembly] Faction leader Ruben Hakobyan that Hovannisian’s address will be about the political agenda, specifically the [recent] Yerevan Council of Elders election.

‘Naturally, he will reflect on the matters in connection with the political situation of the day,’ Mr. Hakobyan said.     

As for the format of the event, as per Ruben Hakobyan, it will not be a rally, but rather an outdoor press conference-address,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
