YEREVAN. – Representative of “Barev, Yerevan” bloc Daniel Ionesyan and MP from Heritage party Zaruhi Postanjyan will appeal inaction of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) during the recent municipal elections in the Administrative Court.

In particular, Ionesyan will appeal CEC’s decision not to consider his complaint about around 1,000 irregularities.

Their applications will be considered on Wednesday. Besides, the opposition bloc has applied to the Administrative Court demanding that election results must be considered invalid.
