Turkey is concerned over U.S. President Barak Obama’s silence on the inclusion of Armenian Genocide resolution into the agenda of the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee on March 4.

To present, Obama administration made no statements on the resolution, Turkish Hurriyet daily reports. The Committee members also state that White House imposes no pressure for rejection of the resolution.

The newly-appointed Turkish Ambassador to the U.S. Namik Tan, who submitted his credentials to the U.S. President Barack Obama this Wednesday, will also get involved in process of prevention to include the resolution in the agenda, Turkish Zaman daily reports.
