YEREVAN. – Session of the Council of the Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries will be convened Friday in Minsk, Belarus.

Some of the delegations, including the Armenian delegation led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, arrived in the Belarusian capital on Thursday, BelaPAN reports. The other delegations will arrive on Friday.  

About thirty documents are included in the agenda. In terms of economy, the participants are expected to discuss the protocol on the application of the agreement concerning the CIS Free Trade Zone.     

The session discussants will also analyze the implementation of the innovative cooperation program, and examine eleven interstate innovative pilot projects.
