YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received Bradley Busetto, the newly appointed UN Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative in Armenia.

Congratulating Busetto on his appointment, the PM expressed a hope that the interaction between the Government of Armenia and the UN office in the country will continue to be harmonious and close, the Government press service informs.  

“We are interested in the development and deepening of bilateral ties. We appreciate the joint projects and their importance,” Sargsyan said.

In his turn, the UN resident coordinator assured that he will make all efforts to develop cooperation.   

The interlocutor’s reflected on the UNDP’s South Caucasus Integrated Border Management program, and the collaboration in local self-governance, agriculture, and in several other domains.
