YEREVAN. – Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received Croatia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Ivan Starčević, whose diplomatic residence is in Athens

Congratulating the ambassador on his appointment, Sargsyan expressed a hope that Starčević’s diplomatic mission will enable to deepen Armenian-Croatian relations, the Armenian Government press service informs. 

In this context, the parties underscored the need to develop economic interaction. The Croatian ambassador informed that a business forum is planned to be organized in the future.

The interlocutors also reflected on Armenia’s economic situation, the ongoing reforms in the country, and several other matters.
