Turkish Premier Recep Erdogan’s claim against Chairman of the National Movement Party Devlet Bahceli has been rejected. The Turkish Premier accused the oppositionist of hurling personal insults at him.

Internethaber reports that speaking in court, Bahceli’s lawyer pointed out that his client is an opposition political figure and is supposed to be critical of the government. “This is a social benefit, rather than an insult,” he said. The court rejected the Premier’s claim for U.S. $13,000 moral damage.

Erdogan has won some similar trials.
