YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan failed to remember when Armenia-Russia treaty on gas price changes was signed.

The question was asked during the Wednesday sessions by the secretary of the opposition Armenian National Congress faction Aram Manukyan.

The Minister said he cannot present the treaty except for commercial part. Asked once again when the treaty was signed, Movsisyan said he did not remember but assured it has no connection with the statement made ahead of the presidential elections.
