YEREVAN. – Leader of the Armenian communists Ruben Tovmasyan said the heads of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairing states had first of all to condemn release of axe-murderer Ramil Safarov in their statement as of June 18.  

He is convinced that the statement had to mention threats to shoot down aircrafts heading to Stepanakert.

“The people of Nagorno-Karabakh have achieved self-determination and its return to Azerbaijan is impossible,” he said.

Commenting on Russia’s selling weapons to Azerbaijan, the head of Communists stated Russia is selling weapons not only to Azerbaijan but entire world.

“We must not think that this move is directed against Armenia. We must not forget that Russia is our most reliable and worthy ally,” he concluded.
