YEREVAN. – A delegation from the Ministry of Defense of Armenia attended, from Thursday to Saturday in Batumi, Georgia, an international conference devoted to defense and security matters.     

Along the lines of the event, First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan met separately with Dr. Evelyn Farkas, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia, and Dr. Andrew Murrison, UK MP and Minister for International Security Strategy, the Armenian MOD press service informs.      

The parties discussed the programs of, and the new prospects for, cooperation and exchanged views on regional developments.
