New playgrounds, moveable swimming pools, a volleyball court, and a ping pong table are installed and an eco corner is prepared this year at the public beaches of Armenia’s Lake Sevan.
Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan and Governor Rafik Grigoryan of Gegharkunik Region on Friday visited these beaches, to get familiar with the preparations ahead of the new beach season in Armenia.
In the minister’s words, the state has done everything possible so that the vacationers at these beaches may spend their summer holidays in proper manner.
“We will ensure our residents a proper environment for recreation this year, too,” Harutyunyan noted.
To note, the admission to these public beaches will be free plus medical assistance centers, bathrooms, and lifeguard services will be offered at no cost.
At the end of the tour, Aram Harutyunyan instructed to ensure maximum comfort at these public beaches.
