YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s statement does not need any interpretation. 

National Assembly (NA) Deputy Speaker, ruling Republican Party (RPA) Press Secretary Eduard Sharmazanov told the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am. He commented on the statement which the President had made during a consultation meeting that was held past week.   

“The President said everything plainly, clearly and openly,” Sharmazanov stressed.

As for the possible developments, the NA vice-chair noted that it is incorrect to express a view prior to the RPA session. 

To note, the recent Control Chamber report and its chairman Ishkhan Zakaryan’s assessments—with respect to cases of misuse of the state budget—received great public resonance and a quite harsh evaluation by President Serzh Sargsyan.
