YEREVAN. – A call was received, on Wednesday at 9:55pm, informing that a traffic accident had occurred, nearby Argel village of Armenia’s Kotayk Region, and here were injured and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the Rescue Service informs. 

It was found out that a Mercedes—driven by Gevorg Harutyunyan, 32—went off road, for yet unknown reasons nearby a village house, and crashed into an electricity utility pole which, in its turn, fell on a natural gas pipe. 

But there are no casualties or injured.   

The fire and rescue squad cut the power of the vehicle.
