YEREVAN. – The talks with the Russian Rosneft Company, and concerning the Nairit rubber plant of Armenia, have in fact halted indefinitely, and they could resume in the second half of fall, at the earliest, if, of course, they do resume, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.

“To note, the negotiations on Nairit are underway for about a year. The Government of Armenia wants to transfer it to a potential investor together with the debts of the enterprise. But in this case Rosneft wants to acquire it without the debts. And it is with respect to this matter that the parties do not reach an agreement in any way,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
