YEREVAN. – Around 1,000 volunteers, including representatives of municipality, NGOs and youth organizations, carried out cleanings at the Yerablur Military Pantheon on Saturday.

The action was joined by members of the Republican Party of Armenia faction of the Yerevan Council and representatives of “Barev, Yerevan” bloc.

“Cleaner Yerevan” program, which is an initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, is aimed at carrying out sanitary cleaning at the public green spaces of the city, since June 22.

The next event of the “Cleaner Yerevan” program will be held next week in Arabkir district of Yerevan.
