Delegates of the Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met with the Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan.

The captive was informed about his family and his family about him, media representative for ICRC told APA agency.

Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) found himself in the territory under the control of the adversary. According to preliminary information, Injighulyan turned up there on August 8 at around 3am, while carrying out his military service, by crossing the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic-Azerbaijan border, and as a result of losing his orientation in the area.

Azerbaijani side was using different pretexts to postpone the meeting with ICRC delegates who first visited Injighulyan 12 days after he appeared in captivity.
