YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 410/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Tuesday.

The aforesaid exchange rate is a 0.37-percent, or an AMD 1.5, rise from the previous trading session on Monday.

It is noteworthy that at the end of the trading session the dollar was already offered at AMD 411/$1.   

Tuesday’s sales totaled $200,000 at the stock exchange.

Once the stock exchange closed for the day, the dollar immediately increased by AMD 1-1.5 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia. The US national currency is primarily bought at AMD 409/$1 and sold at AMD 412/$1.
