The Ministry of Emergency Situation informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene of the incident.
It was found out that GAZ 66- and VAZ 2106-model vehicles had collided for yet unknown reasons. As a result, the driver of VAZ 2106 had died on the spot.
The fire and rescue squad removed the dead body of J. Gh., 32, from the automobile.
