YEREVAN. – Marking World Tourism Day, a tourism expo will be held on September 27 at Northern Avenue, in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.  

On that day, the avenue will become a center for novelties in the tourism sector.

Armenia’s ten regions, each of which presenting its regional cultural peculiarities, will be represented at the expo with their separate stands.     

Tourism agencies and organizations likewise will be on hand at the expo, which will include cultural events.

The expo aims to show Armenia’s tourism potential, strengthen partnership ties among tourism agencies and organizations, and raise public awareness about tourism.
