Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan stated the aforesaid Wednesday during his talk with the students and faculty at
Ohanyan added that activities toward his return are carried out with mediation by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
In his words,
“There will never be a legal prosecution against Hakob because had become lost. I would not want for anyone to be in Hakob’s place and become a captive. We still do not know what kind of pressures he is under, but we a rough idea,” Seyran Ohanyan said.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) found himself in the territory under the control of the adversary. According to preliminary information, Injighulyan turned up there on August 8 at around 3am, while carrying out his military service, by crossing the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR)-
