YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.96/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday.

The aforesaid exchange rate is a 0.2-percent, or an AMD 0.81, drop from the previous trading session on Wednesday.

Thursday’s sales totaled $3.8 million at the stock exchange.

Dollar lost value by about AMD 1 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia. The American dollar is primarily bought at AMD 404-405/$1 and sold at AMD 407.5/$1.
