YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on granting honorary titles of the Republic of Armenia.
Guided by the Constitution of Armenia, based on Armenia’s Law on Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia, and in connection with the 22nd anniversary of the country’s independence, the President decided to grant honorary titles of the Republic of Armenia to several individuals, and in recognition of their numerous years of merit and creative achievements.
