Non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) MP and PAP Press Secretary Tigran Urikhanyan told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

The PAP member commented on the President’s proposal to declare amnesty.

Urikhanyan added that he has a positive approach toward such encouragements.  

To note, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Monday submitted to the National Assembly the proposal to declare amnesty in Armenia, and on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the declaration of the country’s independence.
