YEREVAN. – Colonel Arakel Martikyan has been appointed a representative of the Armenian Armed Forced in CSTO.
The decree was signed by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, the Defense Ministry’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
