YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.24/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Tuesday.

After a week of wandering, the dollar finally managed to pass beyond the AMD 406 threshold in the country. 

Tuesday’s sales totaled $700,000 at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the American dollar’s buying exchange rate rose all the way to AMD 406/$1, and its selling rate, to AMD 408/$1.
