YEREVAN. – Artak Shaboyan, Chairman of the Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (ASCPEC), on Thursday traveled to Moscow on a working visit.

Shaboyan left for the Russian capital city at the invitation of Igor Artemiev, Head of the Federal Antitrust Service of the Russian Federation.   

The interlocutors will discuss the competition policy within the framework of Armenia’s planned accession to the Customs Union and the single economic zone.  

Shaboyan and Artemiev also will reflect on the legal regulation of the parallel imports of goods, and competition in the domain of medical drugs, informs the ASCPEC press service.
