YEREVAN. – The Armenian government on Thursday appointed Aramayis Grigoryan to the post of the governor of Ararat Region.
Premier Tigran Sargsyan said that the president had already approved resignation of former governor Edik Barseghyan.
Barseghyan handed in his resignation on Monday morning.
