YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 408.50/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday.

The aforesaid rate is a 0.31-percent, or an approximately AMD 1.25, surge from the previous trading session on Wednesday.

Thursday’s sales totaled $1.7 million at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the American dollar’s buying exchange rate rose all the way to AMD 408/$1, but AMD 407/$1 is more common, and it is sold at AMD 410/$1.
