RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition gave the go ahead to Ameriabank to acquire Cascade Bank.

The commission made a decision based on Ameriabank application-declaration, its owner TDA Holdings LTD and Cascade Bank on merging. Cyprus branch of TDA Holdings LTD applied to the Commission saying that shares of Cascade Bank will be purchased by the 99.99% stockholder of Ameriabank — TDA Holdings LTD. The deal assumes purchase of Cascade Bank’s 100% of the shares.
