Russia has banned the transit of Ukrainian flights in its air space, Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev said on Thursday.
The ban will be imposed on transit flights of the Ukrainian companies to a number of countries: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.
The Prime Minister also said that the government is considering measures to ban airspace for flights in the Asia-Pacific region for Western companies, Interfax reported.
Moreover, Russia will stop talks with the United States on use of Trans-Siberian routes.
