YEREVAN. – Armenia welcomes the ceasefire agreement in Ukraine.

Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated the aforementioned Monday at his joint news conference with Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs and Integration Sebastian Kurz, who is in Armenia on an official visit.

“And we hope that they [the agreements] will be implemented. This will pave the way for seeking solutions around the negotiating table, to achieve a lasting peace,” Nalbandian also stressed.
