YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 477.91/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, which is down by AMD 0.37 from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 554.95 (down by AMD 0.82), that of one British pound was AMD 724.32 (down by AMD 0.57), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.34 (down by AMD 0.07), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 271.2, AMD 19,571.37, and AMD 19,421.56, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 100,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, and these transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 475/$1.
